Consultations
Consult a doctor
Consult a qualified doctor online for assessment, advice and — where clinically appropriate — a prescription.
Prelaunch — early-access waitlist open
How it helpsWhat you can discuss
- New or ongoing symptoms and health concerns
- Understanding a diagnosis or test result
- Medication questions and reviews
- Whether a prescription is clinically appropriate
- Whether you should seek in-person or urgent care
How it worksIndependent and consent-based
A doctor consultation is independent — you do not need a Care Plan or a testing membership to book one. With your consent, relevant records and reports can be shared so the doctor has the context they need.
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Any prescription is a clinical decision the doctor makes based on your individual situation, and some concerns require in-person examination.
Before your consultationHow to prepare
- A short summary of your main concern and how long it has been present
- Any current medications, supplements and known allergies
- Relevant reports — recent lab results, imaging or discharge summaries — which you can choose to share with your consent
- Your medical history, including ongoing conditions and past procedures
- The questions you most want answered
What to expectThe consultation and afterward
The doctor reviews your concern, asks clarifying questions and discusses possible explanations and next steps. Where clinically appropriate, they may recommend investigations, lifestyle measures, a prescription, or in-person examination.
Afterward you receive a summary of the discussion and any agreed plan. If a prescription is issued, it is a clinical decision based on your individual situation — never automatic. If your concern needs hands-on examination or urgent care, the doctor will say so and guide you to the right setting.
Honest limitsScope and boundaries
- A video or chat consultation cannot replace a physical examination when one is needed
- Some conditions and prescriptions legally require in-person assessment
- A consultation does not guarantee a prescription — that is a clinical decision
- This is not an emergency service; for chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke symptoms or other emergencies, call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department
