Consult a qualified dietitian or nutritionist for personalised, India-relevant nutrition guidance.

Prelaunch — early-access waitlist open

How it helpsWhat you can discuss

  • Personalised, India-relevant meal planning
  • Nutrition for weight, diabetes, PCOS, thyroid or heart health
  • Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dietary patterns
  • Protein, fibre and hydration
  • Sustainable eating habits that fit your life

How it worksIndependent and consent-based

A dietitian or nutritionist consultation is independent — you do not need a Care Plan to book one. This is the same standalone Dietitian Consultation referenced within Nutrition Care.

With your consent, relevant reports and health context can be shared so guidance is personalised. For structured, ongoing support, see the Ongoing Nutrition Programme within Nutrition Care.

Before your consultationHow to prepare

  • An honest picture of your current eating pattern — typical meals, timings and portions
  • Any relevant reports — recent lab results (for example lipids, HbA1c, thyroid, vitamin levels) — which you can choose to share with your consent
  • Food preferences, cultural or religious dietary practices, and any allergies or intolerances
  • Your routine — work, cooking arrangements, activity and sleep — so advice is realistic
  • Your goals and the questions you most want answered

What to expectThe consultation and afterward

The dietitian or nutritionist reviews your current pattern, health context and goals, then discusses practical, India-relevant changes rather than a generic diet chart. Guidance considers your preferences, cooking setup and routine.

Afterward you receive a summary of the discussion and agreed next steps. For structured, ongoing support with regular reviews, the Ongoing Nutrition Programme within Nutrition Care may be a better fit — the dietitian can help you decide.

Honest limitsScope and boundaries

  • Nutrition guidance supports — but does not replace — medical treatment for conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disease or eating disorders
  • A dietitian does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication
  • Suspected eating disorders or significant unintentional weight change need medical assessment first
  • This is not an emergency service; for severe symptoms seek urgent medical care
